Message from Andrew Campbell (Gauteng)

A number of payments have been received for the World Jamboree, but they are not accompanied by forms and National has no way of tracking these people. Attached is a circular from Brian with the names of the people who have paid in deposits. Could you please send this out to the entire Province as a matter of urgency, asking all scouters to check if any of these applicants belong to their groups, districts etc. If so, they can contact either me or Brian directly. By now all people who have submitted entry forms should have received a letter from Cape Town confirming receipt of their application. If they have not received such a letter, these people should please contact either me or Brian so we can confirm whether or not their applications have been received.
